Your ID number is protected information. To acquire your ID number, you must follow the instructions below.
If you are a student, you either can go to Admissions and Student Records with the proper Identification and they will provide you with your ID number or sign into your WISE account with your social security number and PIN. If you do not remember your PIN, use the Forgot PIN? button or contact the PHSC IT Help Desk for assistance at (727) 816-3311.
If you are an employee, you must contact Human Resources to acquire your ID number.
