Duo Multi-Factor Authentication for Employees

PHSC uses Duo Security's multi-factor authentication (MFA) solution to add an additional layer of security to desktop logins (PHSC computers only), Microsoft 365, and VPN connections. 

"Two-factor authentication adds a second layer of security to your online accounts. Verifying your identity using a second factor (like your phone or other mobile device) prevents anyone but you from logging in, even if they know your password."

During the initial setup, an employee will receive an automated email from Duo Security (no-reply@duosecurity.com) to enroll/register a device, such as a mobile phone or tablet, that will be used for the two-factor verification process. For the best experience using Duo, it is recommended that you download and install Duo Mobile application on your device.

Once you have completed the registration process, the multi-factor authentication will be enabled on your account within one business day. Should you have any questions or concerns, please contact the PHSC IT Help Desk.
