Employee Accounts Unlock

 

If you attempt to logon to your computer or sign in to your PHSC systems too many times, you will lock yourself out. This lockout occurs after 4 unsuccessful attempts.

To unlock your account, you can do the following:

  • Contact the IT Help Desk at (727) 816-3311 or email to helpdesk@phsc.edu
  • Wait 30 minutes and try signing in again
  • Access https://passwordreset.microsoftonline.com/ using your phone or another device. After entering your employee email and randomize characters, click on "I know my password, but still can't sign in" and then double authenticate using the Multi-Factor Authentication. You will then be able to try signing in again.
