Entering an IT Help Desk Support Ticket

 

Contact the PHSC IT Help Desk to:

  • report an issue with PHSC technology
  • report a cyber-security concern
  • request assistance with PHSC technology

Submitting a technology support ticket is the preferred method of contacting the IT Help Desk.  A support ticket allows you to clearly document your request, issue, or question and monitor the resolution of it from beginning to end. It allows the Help Desk team to more efficiently manage your request.

Steps:

  1. From your web browser, go to "support.phsc.edu". If prompted to sign-in, use your PHSC email address and password
  2. On the support site, follow the instructions to submit a "New Support Ticket"

Once you've submitted a ticket, you will receive an email confirmation. You can return to the support site to monitor the progress of your support ticket.
